WOW, life, etc
Things are going pretty well for me. I spent some time at an orientation for UPS on saturday. It is an "on call" job so hours aren't guaranteed. Indeed they called me this morning to ask my availability but never actually called me in to work. I'm hoping (sort of) that I'll work tommorrow and earn some money for the holidays. Things are getting close, I need to do christmas shopping asap. As things stand right now I can't even afford presents for people, I have less than $100 in my bank account.
I also would rather spend the entire break playing WOW. I reactivated this month (only december) and plan to make the most of it. I have almost gotten my mage to 60 (30 bubbles left). Man, everyone else has such good equipment compared to me, just because they have been on for these many months while I was chillin out playing dota. The battlegrounds are fun, I just run around casting arcane explosion until some hunter aim shots me and puts me out of my misery. Still, I got 300 honor kills (not killing blows, I had like 5 killing blows) on my first AV run, and I didn't even stay the whole time.
Heh, Congress is basically a joke, Republicans run it like a circus where democrats are the star attraction. I guess that is what the minority party gets in America. I wonder, has our system EVER actually worked right? I've thought about it. America needs a Caesar. However if there were ever to be a Caesar, it would be Bush. It is also kind of wierd that you can legally say "If the president were to ever become a dictator, I would kill him". But you can't say "The president is a dictator, so I will kill him". Maybe I am wrong and you can't say either. Deep down inside though, I think that this is the problem with all of American Politics: We just can't realize when we are wrong and when we are right. There are too many stupid wavering standards out there. I blame this on the Drug War, on Roe v Wade, on changes in firepower between 1776 and 2005. The end result is that our system is absurd.
Also, I think i can say all this without making any soldiers sad.
