I don't get it.
Don't get me wrong, I am not a slacker by nature, but with the job market the way it is I have stayed here much longer than I should have and just dealt with the tedium.
So what does it mean when I spend all day doing a mediocre job at work, surfing the internet, emailing, and reading articles because my job is so mind numbing, and then I get a promotion and a raise?!? I really don't understand.
I guess maybe it will be more interesting day to day? If nothing else, I can speed up the schedule, buy the photo equipment and the trip to Europe sooner, and then get out of the job sooner than planned. Yes, that's the good part.
