Today was the second part of our four part national theatre course at London's beautiful South Bank. I met Sally on the balcony stalls of the Royal Festival Hall bar and it was all beautiful, the air was fresh but not cold! hehe everything was beautiful. Naturally I started munching (peanut butter and jam as always) when I spotted the two very smartly dress guys hovering around a tree, wearing matching pink shirts and grey suits with walkie talkies and badges. We tried guessing what they were up to as they clearly weren't selling anything or doing a survey as they weren't approching people. We wondered if they were invisable theatre (as they weren't juggling xD) and they seemed to hang around the same place for ages.
Sally mentioned that the black dude was laughing at her eating her wedges so when I next caught his eye contact I waved! And he laughed, pointed to himself (Me?) and his friend so I pointed at him and waved again smiling! His smile was amazing! Teeth so white they glowed <3 later he caught our attention again miming eating (which I first thought was sign language and got totally confused!) but when we realised we held up packets (hulla hoops and wedges bag hehee) to which he said HEALTHY! and laughed and we agreed. They walked off (unfortunaltly not hand in hand) and we celebrated them going to find something to do xD
Low and behold he pops up! Evening girls~ And we ask him what they were doing and he tells us he's a security guard! Makes sense now! I tell him I pink shirt and he says in reply I like you, all of you! Then he guesses Sally is 14 (LOL) which makes her have a major angst. We tell him that we're going to the national theatre and that we're artists and he says oh me too!! And says if you have paper I'll draw for you! So I chuck him my sketch book <3 He then gets pulled away by another security guard, sorry to break up the conversation but your partner needs you! But then he comes back again! <3 He's on his break so he has a bit of time. We tell him about Sally's lack of boyfriendness hehee and he asks if she's looking for a part time or full time man! (He decided part time ;P)
So we have to remember to go back to the hayward gallery to say hi! We should draw him a picture <3
Noted for the shear loveliness of this bloke. Wish there was more like him! Got to love london!
