Long Day Yesterday
Long Day yesterday, I tell you.

Early morning, I took earnest to skim through my closet to look for something nice to wear, because I have a scheduled date with friends that evening and because its a thursday. Hmm. sky blue blouse, white skirt and open toe sandals. And I know that morning that I would be busy that day because I have a task at the office to finish. Also at the back of my mind I know there's a Big basketball game that day Ateneo against LaSalle.

Okay work work from morning til afternoon. By 1pm after lunch, I received a net message from a schoolmate and dear friend that hey, she has Patron seat tickets for the game. I was like. Wahh. Patron seats. I can never get patron seats during games like these. So I agreed to watch! I immediately continued with my task and finish what can be finished. We agreed to meet around 4 at the Araneta Coliseum. By 3pm, I was getting ready to leave when my officemates were already starting to hold YM conferences for the game. wth, the game started at 3! and it was raining so hard outside!! rain rain total rain.

But, I already agreed to watch, and so there with my umbrella, I fought the heavy rain with wind. (It seems extra windy here at The Fort too, really). And take note, I'm wearing a white skirt and open toe shoes. and then I realized, I'm wearing blue, opponent's school color! Where's my green blouse when I have to wear it? wtheckk. And then jaaa finally I was able to get hold of a taxi but EDSA traffic is worst more so when raining so I told the driver to drop me off to the nearest MRT station, Guadalupe. and there soaking wet, I travelled all the way to Cubao from Makati.

I reached the Coliseum waiting for my friend who had the tickets, on the LaSalle side. I felt uncomfortable wearing blue on the green side of things, they might think I'm an Atenean! D: Good thing I wore my jacket which is color black and zippered it up. hehe.. And there when my friend came we immediately rushed inside, it's half-time already and we indeed have good seats. For many reasons, yes it's a very good seat. Shall I enumerate? (I'm such a basketball sucker, really). We were seated beside one of our alumni star player ^^ hee, plus games like this is star-studded; film artists, commercial models, governement officials everywhere, plus rather one boy (ang sikreto ng mga gwapo) ay gwapo talaga. <3 hala! like thy enemy?
But wahhh... Ginto na naging Bato pa! 1 Point! Gaddemiiitttttttt. There's another game on Sunday since the Green Archers have a twice to beat advantage. We Have to watch again!!!! :O Guhh I felt so frustrated and irritated. Well yes actually to some people, a single game can be life or can direct the course of your emotion for the day.. so there. bah.
back to office
Since friend still has work, she had to go back to her office. I too decided to head back to The Fort and just finish the work that I left behind. I hailed a cab again, because I lack stregth to fight my way to be able to ride the train back to Makati. I dropped friend to her office first before proceeding to my office. So yes by 7pm I'm back on my chair and I was able to submitmy task before 9pm.

And yes, I still have a dinner to go to. I had pasta and lemonade at Pizza Hut Bistro with more friends (everybody's nameless today...) and talked about things like the frustrating game, frustrating people, and other not so frustrating stuff. The dinner ended by 10:30 and off we go. Finally I can go home. but it still doesn't end there...
home at last
I reached home by around 11:45pm. I was still not sleepy and decided to open the computer to watch kankoku-jin and nihon-jin video clips, download photoshop brushes and textures, download more video clips from clubbox...
I was able to sleep around 3am. there. and woke up around 6:45am today. Thank you Thank you, finally it's Friday.
