Sorry I haven't posted in a while like I said I would....
Things have been pretty shit.....but there's some good stuff :)
Like Birds of Tokyo last Friday night........they were awesome........amazingly great live. It's always refreshing to hear a nice solid band with great music, and a great singer. I'm kinda getting sick of bands with singers who don't actually sing, they just pretend they're singing in a really non-singing style, and therefore get away with being shit singers....... I know, not all genres require amazing spot on singers......but sometimes it feels like a certain genre (sorry, sub-genre) has been created because bands settle for below average singing, and make it their 'style', so the terrible singing is intentional......
I got my new condenser mic on monday :) been playing around with it heaps. So much that I've even rejected uni work to record stuff. It's a great mic....very very motivating.....I feel like I can actually get some stuf done now......
God.....How pathetic of me.....You don't need a high quality microphone to be creative..........

Anyway, new mic. BOT and wine.....good stuff. I'm very reflective right now. Some things are pissing me off, but I couldn't care less, cause I'm sick of caring....
I hate my melodies...they're al the same...
And I can't get them out of my head............
