(no subject)
So, haven't posted in a while. Just kinda lost interest and didn't see the point. But it's always good to get things out. This week has been a pretty tough one. I've just got so much work to finish, which WILL get done, but it's just so overwhelming. Especially since your best and most comforting support can't be there with you physically.
Sarah's been back in Port for a few weeks now, just working in a nursing home. She's gonna save some money to move back into college. That's right, I never told the story about how her house was pretty much cursed with bad luck. First of all, last term, one of the girls got up and left. Taking the fridge and other things (she did own them, but still, she took them into storage, no offer to sell or anything) so the other 2 girls were stuck without a fridge for the duration of their time in that place. When they finally got some calls about the room for rent, the place got broken into. The first time I discovered it, and the cupboards were open, things just thrown out. Must have been looking for money, drugs, booze, small expensive stuff they could take. Anyway, as if that didn't suck enough. I went to pick up Sarah one night to walk her back to my place, the next morning we get a call saying the place was broken into again and completely trashed. So we went over there, and sure enough, it was a mess. Flour, sauces, eggs, milk, etc. All kinda of stuff just thrown all over the place. So that was pretty much it. The place got cleaned, and Sarah decided she wanted to go back to Port. Now she's working and hopefully gonna move back into college. Should be just like the old times.
During that time i got a bit of a finger injury which restricted my guitar/keyboard playing ability for a bit, got some assignment extensions, which are due this week, so I really need to finish them today and tomorrow. Like I said it's been a really tough week. I can't remember being that emotional in the last long while. I've seriously been having breakdowns and just really missing Sarah. Right now, I need her so much. Hopefully we'll be seeing each other soon.....!
