#1. Well, I hadn't yet, but now I have. Because you asked. Because you're way cool. Because it's long overdue (and I read a lot of your posts over Makeda's shoulder in the mornings anyway!) And because you're kind enough to buy your books in my shop! #2. Iggy Pop "Lust for Life". Not because of the lyrics (which I don't know), but because of the energy and the title. #3. You're the first (and only?) second-generation Feri I ever met. #4. Ringing you up when some books you had ordered had come in, and realizing when I read the name on the slip and saw the books: "Ah! So YOU'RE Diana from Lodge!" #5. Kate Hepburn in "The Philadelphia Story" - smart as a whip, funny, devastatingly acerbic on occasion, and fiercely independent. #6. So, growing up in an alt household, were you ever tempted to do your teenage rebellion thang by running away and becoming Amish, or something like that? #7. Unfair! you swapped most of them out recently. Though Baphomet's pretty cool, and the "dbza" one fondly reminds me of many a 4AD record jacket, I'll have to go with the "grackle" one because it looks like an unnerving blend of Margaret Hamilton and Frank Morgan in the Wizard of Oz. #8. Back to you...
