About a week ago, my sister and I watched "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea." It's from Hayao Miyazaki, the same guy who did Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Sprited Away, and Howl's Moving Castle. Disney's planning to release the English version of this on August 19, 2009 in theaters. I recommend this movie; it's really cute! There were some WTF moments though.

"Yeah, Ponyo used to be a fish!"
"Oh really? That's cool."
ISN'T THE FACT THAT PONYO USED TO BE A FISH SOMEWHAT SUSPICIOUS? WTF CRAZY PEOPLE.

Apparently, the English dubbers for Sosuke (the main little boy) and Ponyo are Frankie Jonas and Noah Cyrus. That's right... the younger siblings of the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus. WHAT THE HECK, DISNEY. Also, Matt Damon will be dubbing for Koichi, Sosuke's father. LOL.
