Scratch!

I've been itching to blog for the past few days or so, but I haven't had time! I just finished a chem lab midterm (which was overrated) and most of my friends are taking the one at 5pm, so I have almost 2 hours to myself. Hooray!

I hope everyone has adapted well to college life. It has been about two weeks for the UC kids, no? Also, everyone better recognize the massive amount of freedom you get in college, because I do and I love it. (Today, I cut half of my chemistry lecture and went back to my room to sleep.)

Percussion ensemble has been good, although I suck. Prof. Brown is the most chill professor I have ever met. I like to compare him to a Grandpa teddy bear. The members are nice, but there's little time for chatting, so I still don't really know them. They also know I suck. Plus, I really miss playing my violin in orchestra. :< I hope things get better!

I've developed some really weird habits here. Let me attempt to list some:
- taking a fortune cookie almost every meal even though I hardly get Asian food
- invading some of the boys' rooms when I'm on a break from homework
- making conversation with the guys while they're in the bathroom doing their business (I think this is why sometimes they close the main door)
- stealing borrowing random stuff such as wedges
- writing short stories
- drinking a million cups of either coffee or green tea to keep myself awake during lectures
- watching people play video games in the lounge ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME
- I ACTUALLY READ FOR CLASS! :O

I usually hang out with 2 girls and a billion boys. Go figure.

me: Oh! Send me a secret text message, so we can see how long it takes!
(A text he sent about half an hour ago just arrived.)
Mark: Okay! ...No wait, this is too long. I got it!
-half an hour later-
"Boobs!"

Overall, college rocks compared to high school. Hopefully, I'll get some pictures down this weekend, but I have a couple of papers and a huge biology exam to study for, so no guarantees!

Speaking of high school, Stephanie and I visited Indy last Friday. Turns out my missing metronome has been living in the band room since August. Someone was supposed to call me, but never did. :<

I'll start asking people for their addresses after I get my butt out to buy stamps!
