I have a new LJ because this week is the beginning of something new, so it is only right that I have a new blog to match it. :>

On Monday, Jennifer and I went to Target (@Capitol) via light rail to buy our mom a birthday present. We figured since we'd be home late, that we'd call our mom first to warn her. She got upset later and wanted to pick us up until Jennifer told her "MOM, WE'RE GETTING YOU YOUR BIRTHDAY PRESENT. DO NOT PICK US UP." So much for the surprise!

I slept in Tuesday until noon. An hour later, I was out of the house and on my way to the light rail. I met up with am4deus at the Gmall station and we both applied at Hollister. Then, Trish came! She left later because she had an interview with In n' Out, while we went to our Hollister group interview. The interview was amusing. "Okay, here's another easy question." I blew $60 on a pair of straight AE jeans, an AE basic tee, and a H&M vest.

By the way, I am glad am4deus convinced me to get the vest in 3 seconds because it is useful for covering up those frilly girly shirts my aunts get me.

I mean seriously, I don't know where they get the idea that I'd wear or even buy something like that.

Yesterday, my mom called me and woke me up after she got out of class to ask what I wanted for lunch. Afterwards, we went to the mall. I blew another $60 on two pairs of shoes, another AE basic tee, 8 clutches, 1 laptop sleeve, 1 purse (gift for niece), and some moisturizer.

Except for the last two clutches, everything in that basket is new. 10 for $10 ftw! (I actually wanted only the laptop sleeve and 3 other clutches, but it would have total out to $15.) Note that I have 2 of the same clutch because that one is really cool. The teal wristlet just happens to match my teal dress perfectly.

I bought these Nine West sandals in black, but I think I'll be exchanging them for a larger size.

Today, Jennifer and I hung out at Brooktree Elementary School in the evening.

I saw this milk carton and thought of Aaron Takigawa drinking chocolate milk at dinner. Oh how I wish I were at orientation again!

Taking on my fear of heights.
Ignore the fact that I'm as tall as the rock wall after the first step up.
I used my new favorite bag, which can actually carry a lot, and wore my new H&M slip-ons ($5 FTW).

vacillatingly called because she didn't like walking alone.

I love how this lady owns a huge dog and a tiny dog.
