[Mozart's actually trying to work. He has things to write and he's pretty sure he is actually missing a few things. But there's some bedsheet ghost bothering him, trying to take his bedsheets and he just can't work under these conditions.]

Would anybody have any idea what is going on here? This creature keeps bothering me and I am trying to work. ( Read more... )

What is that creature?

Apparently a ghost. I am not sure if this correct. I always thought they sounded different in stories.

[and not like a floating sheet.]

I was also advised to keep it as a pet! What do you think?

Where, precisely, did you hear it was a ghost? [because that's still really weird, okay...]

And... I suppose if you wish to keep it, I won't forbid it. [not that he would be pleased with it]

Oh, from the other people. Miss Sayaka, to be exact. She told me that apparently children draw creatures like this? I can see why. It is a little cute.

Though I do not think just its appearance would alone make it a good pet. It is a very [Yeah, the ghost just flies over him now and he sighs.] annoying.

I wouldn't know. Perhaps it is a bit... cute, but it seems to be making a bit of a nuisance of itself. Precisely why it would make a poor pet.

I think I'd rather have a bird. Seems like a better choice than a flying sheet.

A bird? [but birds are loud and smelly and they poop...]

Might I ask why you would want a pet bird?

[Everything poops, Austria.]

Don't you think they're lovely animals? They are also beautiful singers.

[he hasn't read the best-seller 'everybody poops' yet, Mozart. don't spoil it for him.]

I... suppose that would depend more upon the bird. Truthfully, I'm not very fond of most animals. [he likes horses when they are pretty and trained and part of the Spanish Riding School (which is in Vienna). Birds are Prussia's thing.]

[Mozart hasn't read it either, but he thinks he might have a good idea how it ends.]

You're not? But if I got something small like a bird, it wouldn't be taking up much space at all. [he wants a bird. pretty please with sugar on top.]

[surely it doesn't end with learning that everyone does, in fact, poop.]

Where would you intend to keep the bird? [but that's a moot point because Mozart gets what he wants]

[It might, but maybe there's a twist ending.]

I was thinking my room. [Or the living quarters. Or the dining room. One of those two.]

[everyone poops except dahlia hawthorne?]

And I assume you would be willing to care for it on your own?
