You can view them here! There's uhm, a kind of pull out information booklet and a post card of Shion looking bamf-y in the rain & an extra CD with creditless opening and ending, trailers and audio commentary. It's really lovely, IMO. I wouldn't want to part with it but... ^^;;
I'd have to go to the post office to be 100% certain, but it should be between $8 and $10 without insurance? I just send out a package of roughly the same size to Singapore so I assume it'll be the same price-wise to the USA.
I can check for sure tomorrow if you'd like, though. European post is quite expensive, so my apologies if this seems like a lot - I will of course refund you if it turns out to be less. :)
