Big thanks to everyone who sent their congratulations! Our engagement was announced at tai chi yesterday (to about 30 people!) which was lovely, yet a little embarassing. :P I told my dojo and got a great response too. Everyone's so nice. ^__^
We went out to dinner with some friends on Friday and that was really nice. Drank cocktails, ate some delicious quail, had good conversation and drank some expensive scotch after. Fantastic.
Nevertheless, as it is the end of semester I have major assignments to do. I wish we could just go all on out and celebrate more, but I'm stuck writing essays again *sigh* I think I'll go get a job to relax and help pay for the wedding when I'm finished!
