The state has been airing adds for the shore touting "stronger than the storm." In each Gov Christe and or his wife appear in the background with others doing fun thing at the shore.

You know the election for governor is in November. His opponent has pointed out that the PR firm which made the commercials was not the lowest bidder. The lowest bidder was not going to use the governor at all, but their bid was $2 million. The award went for $4 million to a firm that would use the governor. His opponent Barbara Buono has called on the Christe campaign to reimburse the state the $2 million difference. She has a point and this changes his strong card to a weaker one. Does he pull the add and tacitly admit wrong doing or let it run and incur the wrath of the voters.

We voted early in the senate primary yesterday.
