This has not been a good few days, but it is lovely out there, and there is good works to be doing, Dr. Who (which I have just got back into) is awesome and a Medieval banquet coming up and that has got me thinking:
A reminder and a future thought.
We have an occult mystery event (think the X-files meets Cadfiel) in St. Briavels castle coming up in September, the numbers are still there for people to play or crew and it comes with all the food etc in the cost.
Since this is our first event, all the discounts for being a new person (and bringing a new person) apply to everyone, but we do have a few player places left.

Also, one of the reasons I bring this up now is I am looking to run a proof of concept event next year "In the Wylde Woods". A little early perhaps? Maybe, but we are looking to get traders, and entertainment and a bar in, with all the food etc, so organise early.
The site we have marked down is Candleston, which is frankly a fantastic site, and the date: 28th of April to the 2nd of May.
The system is beadpull and roleplay, kissing cousins to a freeform, the style is player driven fest, with factions etc. and the system is "The Forest Argent", with everything from SteamJacks, to crusaders to Melnibonains all lost in the wylde woods.
This is the best bit, because its a proof of concept event, we want as many people as possible, so, until the end of the year for "In The Wylde Woods" event, its buy one, get one free.
