So I had my wisdom teeth removed this morning. I'm glad they sedated me so I don't remember it, because I was pretty terrified beforehand. At least I have Mike to look after me. :) He's really awesome, and I'm lucky to have him. (Too bad for you ladies everywhere! I called dibs!) I'm feeling mostly okay, except that I can't seem to stay either awake or asleep for more than an hour or two at a time. That, and I feel like I've had pins and needles in my lips and tongue for about 7 straight hours. That part kind of sucks. Plus, I think percoset is overrated. I haven't had any cool hallucinations or anything. The only weird thing I said was right after the surgery, when I tried to explain to Mike (while mumbling through a mouthful of gauze) that my chin was so swollen I felt like Jay Leno. That one was the valium talking, and it wasn't even funny. What a disappointment.
Anyway, that's the latest on me. I still haven't bought a new computer, but I appreciate all the advice I've been getting. I'm kind of getting swayed towards a Mac, but I haven't totally made up my mind yet. I promised myself I can't buy my new computer until I sell my car. That way, I'll be motivated to actually get rid of the car, and I'll have money to buy the computer with. That's my grand plan.
So what's new with everyone else?
