FLOSS (Free/Libre/Open Source Software) Primer
This primer (from the Sarai Foundation in Delhi) looks like a great intro to Open Source... the last little section "Why should someone who is perfectly happy w/ closed software care" is, in part, what I want to find a more expanded version of.
Basically a "Why Should I Care" for folks in social justice/activist communities but who have little/no awareness of technology/IP/FLOSS issues. I'm totally convinced that something of the sort has been written already (pass on your resuorces/links to me!) and don't want to go about reinventing the wheel. But if I can't find a good, concise intro on that topic, maybe I'll team-up w/ some tech-geek friends to put together a mini-zine on the issue.
