I am a horrible person, and I feel really shaky and frightened right now, so if people could tell me a story or something, that would be really great. Please?
So, okay, let's just totally ignore canon because I am RUSTY. :D?
Panic! is on their first headlining tour. And that's awesome. Terrifying, but awesome. Brendon lives in this kind of perpetual fear that one day he's going to walk out onstage naked or forget all the words or something like that, because he's really just a doofus for Las Vegas that's managing to pretend at this whole cool rock star gig pretty well. He sometimes wishes he'd made Ryan stay the lead singer, because then Brendon could be off to side, paying guitar and not having thirteen year olds chuck their bras at his face.
It's really sad that you feel shaky and frightened. I can't tell you a story right now, but I happen to know that there will be a story for you soon *winks*
Haha, okay. I just started it so it's kind of scattered, but it starts out with this:
Spencer Smith was a rarity. A bad witch, born to magic-less parents?
Because of his family, no one expected him to be capable of any real black magic.
Except.
Except no one had seen such a powerful bad witch in a long time.
Except no one had seen such great powers manifested at so early an age.

Spencer's parents were very pragmatic.
On finding out that their firstborn was a dark witch, they simply shrugged and went to the bookstore to buy a copy of So Your Child's A Black Witch!
It contained such helpful articles as The First Five Years: What To Expect and Get Your Child Started on the Path to Darkness. (It also had instructions on how to knit the cutest little hat, devil horns included!)
To say that Ryan was really surprised when Spencer called him up and invited him to a Panic show would be an understatement. Before, when they had shows in LA, Ryan always happened to be somewhere else (if 'happened to be' meant 'taking up invitations to parties halfway across the country as soon as he found out').
It wasn't that they didn't keep in contact, it was that whenever they called, the conversations would be stilted and awkward and everything it never was with Spencer.
(Z would always roll her eyes whenever Ryan decided to plan things as soon as Panic post up tour dates. He could hear it, even through the phone. That was one thing she shared with Spencer. But Z was a live and let live kind of girl. She firmly believed that everybody needed to make their own mistakes, which Ryan didn't find comforting in the least.)
Whenever Ryan had avoided Spencer before, Spencer always knew when to leave him be and exactly when to drag him out of his funk. But before, they were in the same band, in the same bus, in the same state.
(Spencer threw open his curtains and Ryan made a pitiful noise, a creature burrowing into its cave, he thinks, and squinched his eyes shut. The comforters were warm from his body heat and it was still early and cold enough that it was cozy, not unbearable.
"Ryan." Ryan could imagine Spencer staring down at him, with his hands on his hips, just like his mother. He hoped Spencer wasn't sadistic enough to sprinkle water on his face. He's seen Ginger do that to Spencer a few times. It was hilarious when you weren't at the end of it.
"Ryan."Ryan turned over and pulled the comforter higher. He felt like he had fallen asleep only minutes before, which wasn't all that impossible. Ryan always forgot to do things like open the curtains and check whether it was night or day

doofus from Las Vegas, I giggled. It sounds like a song title from some goofy indie band!
Thank you, bb. <3

I love you a lot, lady.
"Bite me," Ryan says absently, and Brendon snorts.
"On your ass? Oh, alright--"
NO REALLY.
