Journal [Entry 064] Housekeeping PSA (in which Justice hates the new island names)
Repairs to key bridges and to the clinic are now complete, and the Housekeeping portion of S.Inc. is fully operational, as is the Farmland portion of C.Planet. Rationing is still in effect due to the loss of crops, and regular housekeeping functions are unlikely to be restored for some time. Additional food supplies can be acquired from Level Three, although I understand that the selection is limited.
Rebuilding and cleaning of all sections of the residential area is still in progress. This is the current priority, and work is proceeding as quickly as possible. Additional volunteer squads will be assigned as manpower becomes available.
Residents are reminded that if they find themselves homeless due to fire-damage, Temporary Housing is available. Volunteers are on hand to assign beds and the closest canteen and ablutions areas are fully operational.
If there is no available space in Temporary Housing, residents will be directed to the current ice hotel on Level Three. I am aware that this is likely to be a short-lived solution to over-crowding, but necessity forces us to employ it while it is available.
Work will commence on the remainder of Level Two when the Residential Area is cleared, or there are more volunteers available. At present we have no expected completion date.
