since i have very sensitive skin, that reacts to anything made in a lab, i have to use the most natural products i can find.
i just recently created a masque that leaves the pores beatifully refined and the skin glowing....much more than any drug store masque, and i would like to share it with you all.
ingredients:
one tablespoon of Burt's Bee's "green goddess" clay
one teaspoon of egg whites
one teaspoon of honey
a little bit of milk
Those measurements can be increased or decreased, but you want to mix them all together to create a paste. you don't want it to be too watery...otherwise it will drip off you face. if too watery...just add more clay. you can save whatever is left over in the refridgerator for several days.
anyways, you will love the way this masque feels on your skin as it dries. the burt's bee's clay already has herbs mixed in with it that are good for the skin, and with the added egg, honey, and milk....it's spectacular.
and if your skin feels a little bit too dry or tight for you liking afterwards, just mix a little bit of raw honey (i suggest a brand called "really raw honey") with a few drops of water...and rub it into your skin. it'll be sticky...but you can make it less sticky by just splashing your face with a little bit of water once it dries, and then gently pat your face dry with a towel. you skin will be sooooo soft afterwards. =)
