So much talk of destiny and distraction of late - related, perhaps? Fate indomitable is something to be proud of, isn’t it? The great will of the universe has chosen you, you out of a billion ants, for something worthy of a footnote in the book of life.
And what of those of you who shun destiny? Is it real, or is it your own fear creating self-fulfilling prophecies? A funny trick, that. What if it is your fate to deny conformity, and you’re playing right into it after all?
The point, ultimately, is that there is no point. Only footsteps.
To set aside the ramblings of one old man, I have more pointed business to attend to: it has been brought to my most noble of attentions that there are a number of glassy-eyed youths wandering about the place, grazing on lawns and scratching at doorways. There are a few sure-fire ways to recognize them; the first being “Karakura 4 Life” t-shirts, and the other being the screaming.
Fear not, for I’ve constructed a proper chicken hutch. (Room for five, should Kuchiki-san decide to happen by for a slumber party, Kurosaki. ♥)
