Gravity don't mean too much to me!

I just lay down on my bed, put on my sound-canceling headphones, closed my eyes, and experienced Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys.

First pass reactions!

Bulletproof Heart: OMG. OMGOMG. Sprawls all over the place, upbeat and uplifting and AWESOME.

Planetary (GO!): Psychedelic baby! Full of synthy zaniness and lots of pep.

Party Poison: OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. I had no idea one of the songs from... whenever they did those random shows survived! I couldn't figure out why it sounded familiar then I was like HOLY SHIT I KNOW THIS SONG! I liked it well enough from the live recording, but the produced version is FUCKING AMAZING. It captures the energy and forward momentum much better. Gerard's vocals are so urgent and MARVELOUS. *_____*

Save Yourself, I'll Hold Them Back: My jaw LITERALLY dropped open when this spun up. There's something incredibly rich and vibrant about how the guitars layer together. One of my favorite things about this fucking band. <3333

S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W: Is fucking obnoxious to type, so good thing it's one of my least favorites. Everyone keeps comparing it to I Don't Love You, and I don't much like that song. This is better though! The effects on the vocals make it more interesting, though still a little slow and not particularly riveting.

Summertime: What it says on the tin? There's an optimism to this one that I find lovely. The tone on the guitars/synths is really pretty.

DESTROYA: What a WEIRD song, lmao. I don't think I've ever heard ANYTHING like it. It starts with, like, bongos? And then it's like OH WAIT I'M GONNA ROCK YOUR FACE OFF. Yet be really weird at the same time! The vocals verge on dissonance with the guitars frequently, and it's just an odd, aurally intriguing song, with a healthy dose of AMAZING GUITARS. Come here Ray and Frank, LEMME KISS YOU. Oh, and then there's Gerard sex noises. OF COURSE. I love that for a couple parts, there are different lyrics coming out of each speaker. GERARD YOUR BRAIN.

The Kids from Yesterday: Pretty! Didn't make much of an impression? LOL COWBELL?

Goodnite, Dr. Death: OH STEVE RIGH? Haha he's amazing. BUT THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER. AHAHAHAHA. AND IT KEPT GOING. I kept expecting it to be cut off by... something! LMAO.

VAMPIRE FUCKING MONEY: OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. MIKEY IS FUCKING READY, YOU GUYS. sdkfjsldkjfls;dfslkfjs;ldkfjsdl;fkjsdf;lskjdfl This is like the best album closer OF ALL TIME EVER. 3,2,1 WE CAME READY TO FUCK. I JUST WANNA DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCE.

IN CONCLUSION, I love this fucking band and I am so grateful for this album and their continued existence. *____* I'M SO GLAD I GET TO SEE THEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

They have an inflatable panda bear. Your argument is invalid. :DDD

OMGGGGGGGGGGGG. BRB LISTENING TO NOTHING ELSE FOR THE NEXT MONTH. *_____________*
