We're just two men as God had made us

Every word out of Gerard's mouth makes me love him more, I swear. And LynZ! She sounds so amazing, when Gerard talks about her I totally get anime heart eyes.

My wife totally backs the way I am on stage, that's one of the amazing things about her. I have 120 per cent respect for her when I'm on stage, so there are definitely certain things I would never do. But she knows my sexuality, and I know mine, so there's no reason not to push those boundaries. It's with the most noble intentions -- it's to make certain people realise just because somebody is a performer or slightly effeminate, -- even that guy at work or that kid at school -- there's no reason to shove 'em around. So much testosterone has been in rock for so long -- that's why I'm so interested in pushing it. All it boils down to is treating women like second-class citizens, calling people faggots, being borderline racist, if not totally racist. A lot of things are ingrained in the stupidest rock 'n' roll we completely oppose. So one way we can push it is through our sexuality. - From new interview here. Link thanks to foxxcub

LOVELOVELOVE. GERARD. LYNZ. ♥ I feel really blessed that I got to meet them together. They were holding hands!! IT WAS PRECIOUS.

(You guys, Lyn-Z totally approves of Gerard and Frank's shenanigans. Methinks this translates offstage! Y/Y?? I tend to resist reading RPS fic about people in real relationships, BUT I MAYBE KINDA WANT TO NOW.)

So tonight I hung out in the sci fi room with some of the guys and a bunch of random sci fi soc members, drinking beer and watching Back to the Future. It was fun, I guess *shrug* I miss when we all used to go out as a group, when I didn't feel slightly awkward being around Colin (though I actually haven't seen him since we broke up, so I have no idea how that's gonna go), when I was the only girl and Andy was still around because he didn't have a girlfriend and it was fun and brilliant. It's all kind of... stagnated a bit. Hm.

The best part of tonight was when this girl on the general committee, Sinead, brought her boyfriend Lloyd and um. He looked like a slightly less stunning Frank Iero. UM. He had shaggy dark brown hair that curled at the nape of his neck, a LIP RING (nngh), a brown hoodie, super skinny dark jeans, and a faint dusting of stubble. (He sat right next to me - I paid attention.) Ungh, he was so, so hot. Why can't I meet more boys like THAT? *grabbyhands*

Oral exam went pretty well, I think I did okay. As expected, he asked me some broad questions that left me a little bit deer in headlights, but he kind of coaxed me into it by sort of guiding me to the answers and it wasn't very stressful. He's a really sweet guy, to be honest, and I wish I had him for a subject that interested me a bit more than physical chemistry. He's a very good teacher. So, yeah, that's over with, and it wasn't an absolute nightmare \o/

I do still have three lab reports on my plate. Bleurgh. I have have have to force myself to accomplish something this weekend, finish at least one of them.

So. Tired. Have resolved to be in bed by two tonight. THIS IS MY RESOLVE FACE.
