Back at you, baby
Farscape is frelling AWESOME!
I'm totally mainlining this show and having a BLAST. I watched... four episodes today, two and a half of them with Brad, which was great fun :) I kinda wish I wasn't plowing through quite so fast, because they all sorta blur together and I sometimes don't remember details about specific episodes. But Brad is determined to watch season 4 with me before the semester ends (in one month!) so speed is of the essence! Hee. And I'm having a blast anyway.
Some scattered thoughts for what I've seen through. (Please don't spoil me for Jeremiah Crichton or A Human Reaction - I'm going back to watch those)
THE KISS THE KISS OMG THE KISS!! *spazflails* How HOT and SEXY was THAT?!? Gyahhh. They were just looking at each other and I squeaked and Brad just grinned hugely and omg. FINALLY! :D That episode was great, with the CPR and the not wanting to die alone and awww, the angst! And then the KISS and they were so gonna get it on! Damn you D'Argo! And then they're like "Never again." and I'm like HAHAHA famous last words! \o/ So fantastic.
I've finally met Chiana! She's wonderful, and adds a really great spark to the whole dynamic :D
Through the Looking Glass was HILARIOUS!! Brad had us skip to it for our last one of the night because it's his favorite of the season. And I totally see why! It was so much fun! With John and Aeryn doing their charades, and the Nausea World, and Laughing Rygel, and all the team frolicking at the end, and John telling Aeryn "I'd never leave you" and calling her BABY, and just joy all around. So much fun :D
Lesseeeee... errr. Basically I love John and Aeryn bunches and bunches and want to squish them every time they're on screen? Whenever they have a particularly adorable interaction, I hide my face and go "it should be ILLEGAL to be that adorable!" Brad laughed at me. It's so, so much fun watching with Brad (aka The Gay Guy I Really Like, lol) because he just makes it even more hilarious. For example: we've decided that D'Argo sounds like one of those pullstring dolls with all the sayings! So when D'Argo makes one of his overdramatic declarations, Brad looks at me with a huge grin and makes a pulling motion. Heehee. TV is much more fun with buddies. ♥
