"I don't understand"
Party the second:
"Well how could you, that would be like asking a penquin to fly".

Examples:
Grade 9 math: in discussion of simple arithmetic
Tech Support: in attempts to explain how to turn on a computer.
Customer Service: In discussion of why interest accrues to a credit card.
