A quick update before I get to work.
So, I had a vacation last week (tues-fri). Those who are also on Sid's journal will know about Thursday, all I can say is that I was glad I had the opportunity to be there with her for that experience. (Sorry for the obscurity, but this one is her story to share as she will).
Tuesday was a relaxing day. Wednesday early was spent chopping down trees and gardening. Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning was more time in the garden. Sunday afternoon was my first BPAL meet & sniff.... yeah, I'll admit it, I've a thing for the BPAL. It's a nice way to pamper each other.
Then back to work today. Weird dreams last night, dreamed of a friend of mine from Highschool and a woman I've never met who was his current girlfriend, and their dachshund. The were making music, and wanted to get me involved in a project. It was bizarre. He was a great guy, but didn't have an ounce of talent, and here was Sid and I making a real serious go of it.
Speaking of "go of it", very interesting meeting last night... won't say too much now.... but very exciting To Die For Stuff.
So... yeah, work today... photo-editing on the way in. Then at lunch I re-worked the "Bridgers"... had a great idea for a web-design portfolio, on the way home more photo-editing and working on The City music.
Now... back to work.
Funny how a quick update clears the cobwebs and helps get the butt back in gear.
