Wow you certainly have some patience.

I'd have called the guy, been an angry customer and then gotten prompt service. Emails - takes too long... Unless of course you managed to CC the boss of that relationship manager (dunno who the relationship manager would report to).

Now THAT would've been fun :)

haha, this ain't singapore, i say...

just the same way tht things take forever to work out in indian govt things n one learns to live wth it, i've adapted, i think, to this country's slow n plodding pace...

prompt service needs good moolah..
