I didn't expect Jake to touch her heart with his fingers. I expected him to be angry. I was also very surprised he was there.
Quil and Embry deserve to be pissed. Bella was a selfish b**ch.
I feel sorry for Charlie. That's terrible, she never called. His feelings seemed really hurt. :(
I'm very curious what Jacob will say to her. I'm glad I didn't have to wait like 5 chapters before they met up again!

Same here xD I think it's because Lila is a horse's name in a Barbie movie I saw ages ago.

And as far as Jake goes.. this is his *initial* reaction. It doesn't mean there aren't other emotions bubbling inside. ;) They will start surfacing when they start talking! And yeah, totally didn't feel the need to drag that out.
Yeah, Charlie has had it rough.. and Bella knows it. She has a lot to make up for, but the good thing is that she knows it and loves her father. Thanks for the review hun! :)

Lila, as Willow said, is pictured as a dog in my head. I assume she isn't, after he said "hey", but a shipper can dream. I'll try not to hate her too much though, I tend to do that.
*wails* I want to hug Charlie over and over again until he's happy. It's so sad, his one and only daughter returning after he thought her to be dead.

And yes, the dog/cat thing was almost unanimous in all reviews. And I had to laugh at Lila the horse in a barbie movie. hehe
I know! It makes me sad to write Charlie like that! He needs hugs, reassurances, muffins, and for Bella to grovel for a long time!
Anyway, thanks for the review! :)

Barbie & The Magic of Pegasus or whatever. It's awesome. Barbie is sassy and her sister is a horse.

And yeah, Quil and Embry are pretty hurt and angry. Plus, I figured factoring in the volatility the wolves feel in regards to emotions would help that along, even though they are usually pretty easy-going.
the only thing I don't understand is why Charlie and Billy had a fall out; is it because Jacob left? is it because Charlie wallowed in misery instead of turning to his friends for comfort?
What happened between Billy and Charlie.. and Charlie and Sue for that matter.. you didn't miss anything there; just haven't gone into specifics yet. I'll bring it up (and probably soon!) Thanks for the review :)
