I made my own 1 hour delay on Friday. Better to come in late and alive then not at all :)

I did do that once this week...the day after my fall. I was not going to walk down my road at 5:30am again, lol. I have over 40 hours sick time saved up so I used an hour and a half to request to come in late. I might be doing that again this coming week!

You know, my sister's company (GNC) tells them that if they are going to be late, just don't come in at all because they'd rather not have them here if they're going to be late.

GNC is a really dumb company to work for, lol. She's worked in their offices for almost 15 years and I hear some crazy stories about that place! LOL
