Ougi was rightfully surprised upon seeing the teacher he was supposed to assist seemed to be a penguin. Still, he appeared to be serious, and there'd been plenty of bizarre things on this trip, so he decided not to question that yet. Even so, it was still a bit awkward to approach him.

"Excuse me, sir. I'm Ougi Kaname, the person chosen to be your assistant. I'm ready to do what's needed... although you look like you have the situation very much under control."

Wilkes lifted his head, giving Ougi a bit of a stink eye and judging him quite harshly. To him, the 'aide' he was assigned was a giant wimp that needed to get toughened up. So, he was basically a little weakling.

"'Course I got in control, boy." snapped the coach irritably. "Yer the one that needs to do whatever I want ya to!"

"Right then. Understood," Ougi replied, wondering whether he should take that as an insult.

"What was your name again? Kanchome Foagie? Kanju Mogi?" He knew very well what Ougi's name was, but he was trying to irk him, just to see how much he could take until becoming angry.

"That's 'Kaname Ougi,'" he sighed. He could guess Coach Wilkes wasn't Japanese. Well, there weren't any penguins in Japan, so that was obvious, nor were there penguins that could talk.

"Whatever, Shogi." Wilkes crossed his arms, a little annoyed.

"That's Ougi, but... it doesn't really matter, does it?" he stopped himself, deciding he didn't have the authority to yell at the coach. "I didn't come here to argue, just to aide you. So..."

Ougi paused, just because he hadn't a clue what to do next in this strange situation. He didn't want to overstep his authority.

"Ya wanna aide me, Roguie?! Get off yer lazy ass and do somethin'!" Then he roughly threw a stray soccer ball from the ground at Ougi's chest for him to catch.

He caught the ball, and stared at it for a second. Coach Wilkes could've at least told him what to do with it. Play with it? Throw it back?

"Now what?" he asked, awkwardly.

"...Jus' stand there and hold it like a pansy." He replied dryly.

"...right," Ougi replied, knowing he didn't mean that.

Wanting to not look so helpless, he put it down and kicked it away into the field, kind of almost wishing that he could kick the penguin too. But that would definitely be uncalled for.

"STUPID. I meant that sarcastically!" Wilkes was about to penguin-slap Ougi in the face with his wing.

"I know that." He thought about going back for the ball, but that could wait.

"What kind of teacher are you?! I mean, throwing insults is not a way to treat your aide."

"Y'know what, Croagie? Yer right." Nodding, he waddled over closer to his aide.

Not expecting that response, Ougi didn't really believe him.

"Yes?" he responded, still not moving, and watching closely.
