Villainous Talks

Summary: Dr. Horrible wants a new, temporary henchman, and asks Ema to fill in.
Dr. Horrible prided himself on his evil plans; they were cunning, imaginative, brilliant, and diabolical. Among the horrible branch of doctor-scientists, he'd like to think he was among the best. Who else would think to steal ingredients from high schools and colleges, and then arrange to have the students take the rap? That's right.
But plans tended to go wrong when there wasn't someone around to point out when a device had never successfully worked in the past, and maybe giving it its trial run in front of a superhero amidst a bank heist wasn't the best of ideas. For Dr. Horrible, that person back home was Moist; his evil moisture-powered henchman, and closest friend.
Moist wasn't here. He was on his own, and he knew he needed help if he was to ever fix his transporter and get back home. So he'd called a secret meeting with the one person he thought could aid him; the investigator and potential lackey, Ema Skye.
If only she'd hurry up. Lurking around in a barn was becoming boring.
