Mission 6: Firefly Fortune Festival
Characters: Conductor-san, Tami, Rally, Cynthia, Beat, Rose, Yuri, Hinata, Amadeus, Tails
Purpose: To catch fireflies and get fortunes told
Location: Rainbow Hill
Time: Evening on September 6th
Warnings: None, really. Maybe some suggestive themes, at the worst.
Summary: Tami had officially begun the firefly catching game, complete with a reception table and private fortunetelling booth at the entrance to the field where everyone could report to during the event. The evening weather was perfect, and the fireflies were out and about.
The train conductor was fairly impressed when she arrived at the scene. She wanted to come see for herself what this was all about, seeing as Tami Alqon had seen it fit to advertise this event by using the train's PA system without permission.
Looking to the booth and table setup, it seemed that Tami was eagerly awaiting everyone's arrival. Rally Cure was sitting at the table, perhaps to serve as a receptionist while Tami would tell fortunes in the private booth. They also appeared to have a stack of handouts with details about the rules. Considering how well organized this appeared to be, the conductor decided she could let this one slide. Besides, it was a pretty good night for such an event.
[[ Alright, here's how this will work out!
The first master thread will be for the reception desk. Characters can mingle freely here, either to socialize, strategize, or ask questions before going out into the field where the fireflies are. Please have your characters leave at least one comment in this part of the log, as a means of introduction!
The second master thread will be for the field. When your characters are ready, they can head out and start trying to catch some fireflies! Feel free to continue interacting with each other here, and have fun. As you begin threading in this part, the NPC journal may be used to comment with details on nearby fireflies and their color(s). The fortune your character will eventually receive depends on the colors of the fireflies they bring back. Try guessing the meaning of each color and aim for a fortune you want, or just grab whichever bug zips your way, it's up to you!
The third master thread is for the fortunetelling booth. Your character can come back here to receive a fortune from Tami after collecting one or more fireflies. This is essentially the objective of the mission. Remember, though, that all fortunes are final and each character only gets one. Make sure you bring the fireflies you feel the most lucky with!

Oh, by the way! For all participants, there is a box full of small butterfly nets and glass jars at the reception desk. Feel free to have your characters borrow these to catch the fireflies! ]]
