On Sunday, I had gone back down to 184, Monday to 186, Tuesday to 185. Monday, I had my sugar water super late, and yesterday I found that I was so busy I didn't get a chance to get sugar water all day because it involves such a process. So, last night I had the oil.
It is easier to deal with. Five seconds and it is done.
But that texture makes me want to gag. I follow it quickly with a glass of water and that helps.
I'm so busy thought in the next few weeks that I think I'm going to change to oil now. I'm going to go with two tablespoons, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. Since I am working offsite a lot, I'll have to devise a way to bring it with me compactly.
I have not lost a thing. Perhaps I should weight myself this morning too: 185 still.
The thing I don't get is that the sugar water is actually quite lower in calories. Three tablespoons has 135 and two tablespoons of oil has over 200 calories. And both are put on the same level. I know I meant to follow through with two weeks of sugar water, but I'm thinking that the effect will be more if I go to the oil.
