my body swinging from side to side

Abortion.  I'm becoming increasingly liberal on the subject.  I definitely think its the wrong choice, babies are babies and are meant to be born.  I mourn for the loss of the babies to abortion, and I don't like the current laws for it.  But I have a really hard time with people forcing their beliefs on other people.  And I feel like, sometimes, pro-lifers aren't trying to see the point of pro-choice and the fear the women have of having the baby.  Not just the raising the baby part, but the being pregnant part.  And if you didn't make the choice to have sex, why should you have to deal with the pregnancy?  If you were raped, why should you have to deal with all that crap?  You didn't decide to get raped.
Now, I do on the other hand, find it insane when girls decide to have sex with their boyfriends and aren't ready to deal with the consequences of that decision.  The baby shouldn't have to suffer because you made a stupid decision.  I also think that the father of the baby (excluding rape cases) should be part of the decision.  Both parties should have to sign off on the abortion because that is his baby to.  I realize that he doesn't have to carry the baby, but it takes two to tango and they both made the decision.
I also recognize how abortion has effected my life.  I realize that if my mom had aborted my brother the way so many teenagers do, not only would he not be here, but neither would I.  My parents wouldn't have gotten married, and all four of us would cease to exsist.  How many people don't exsist because of abortion?  What if MLK had been aborted?  Rosa Parks?  Abe Lincoln?  What would the country look like today? Every single person in the world in one way or another effects everyone else, directly or indirectly.
I think that instead of illegalizing abortion and forcing people into alleys with hangers we should educate people better.  No more abstinence only sex ed.  Teach people about birth control INCLUDING abstinence.  Teach them about the development of a fetus so they can better understand what an abortion is: the stopping of  beating heart.  Let the girls get birth control without parental consent.  They are going to have sex anyways, might as well let them be protected.  Give away condoms, make buying them less taboo and awkward.  Teach about other forms of birth control like spermacide, the diaphram, womens condoms. Lots of people don't use condoms because the condom gets in the way and the guy can't feel anything making the whole thing a waste of time.  Teaching people about other forms so they can use something AND feel it at the same time with decrease pregnancy.
So for now, I am all for a pro-choice president.  I don't identify as pro-choice because I am pro-life.  I am against people dying.  But I'm also against ingoring the fact that making it illegal isn't going to solve the problem, and forcing beliefs on people also doesn't help. Kids have hormones, people are going to have sex.  There really isn't anything that can, or for that matter should, be done about it.

I know thats a weird and controversial post, but I've just been thinking on it lately.

Also, death is sad.  And hearing so many so often breaks my heart. May all the souls that have left this earth rest is Gods ever loving peace.
