leaving memory cards in machines

Here is another round of Jenessa in Latin America. I only have like 10 minutes to write this so it will be a quick one.
Last week I went to go print off some pictures for some of the family memebers to send pictures to the states but me, being the forgetful person i am, left my memory card in the machine. Consequently i lost all my pictures, inlcluding those i had not uploaded from Xela, Almolonga, Aguas Georginas, etc. I was really sad. I am sure it is in someone elses camera by now.
This past weekend I went o Panajachel to Lake Atitlan. What a beautiful place. I met some cool gringos, Jeff and Alonna who live there and make beautiful jewelry. I bought a ring that I love. It was the first time I have gone out at night since i have been here. It was great. I sent Doña Eulalia to bed at the ghetto hotel i paid for and went to their house (they are living there and selling jewelry). It was fun.
I went to another birth yesterday. It was the same lady who had been having false labor for about a week only this time it was real. When we got there at 3:30 am she was 6cm dilated and it went quickly. She gave birth to a 6lb baby girl at 5:45 am. It was her 9th child!
Well today marks exactly a month until I leave Guatemala. I am sad but also excited to hit the road. I will definetely cry when I leave though. The family I am living with is really great and I will mis them a lot.
