Food poisoning and other such things
Well well, here I am again. Life is going fairly well these days minus my huge run-in with food poisoning yesterday. I was throwing up blood (among other things) last night and I had to go to the ER to get some IVs. Not fun. But then today I had two three hour classes and training for my new job at the library. So I am EXHAUSTED. And all I want to do is go to bed but this annoying person above me has been playing basketball in their apartment for like the last 6 hours!
So, I decided to write.
Well, I bought a turtle. Phaion, my fish, died during finals week. It was so tragic writing a huge thesis while simultaneously watching my fish die. But I went to Chicago with my boyfriend and I impulsively bought a turtle. Random. But I really like him. I think I am going to name him Chloros. It means green in Greek.
It is so amazing friendships and relationships. Ones you never think about happening, work. And ones you think will always be there, fade. It is so strange. I never thought that one of my best friends would end up blocking me on facebook and that an ex-fling so to speak would become such a good friend. I love life for that reason. It is so unpredictable.
Well, I am going to try to sleep if these stupid people let me.
