You'll never walk alone
The star channel has a special on all weekend about Liverpool, its making me happy and sad to watch it. I have a new friend in ottawa who would love to hear all the little stories about john lennon and paul Mccartney. I have just seen footage of all 3 of the houses I lived in there, my ex boyfriends house, the pubs I used to drink in. Its so sad looking back and thinking ‘I was a part of that place and it provided such a good home and yet I had to leave it all behind’. Not that I am down on Toronto, I love it here and I have smiled since I arrived 4 weeks ago but Liverpool just has a certain magic to it. Its got a story, character, its fun…. It feels like an old friend that I was comfortable with. Toronto still feels like someone I am getting to know… and they are a bit weird.
