microscope slide necklace/sg gift exchange

I'm doing this in groups of 5 so I don't get disorganized and confused. I'm taking people in order of comments on my original post, and after that my 2 later posts.

For reference these are the first 2 I made. I've made 2 more since and they are definitely looking better now that I've got the hang of it.

These are the patterns available. I included more than one for some because they each vary as they were cut from larger pieces. This is just so you get the idea.

This is the stuff I have been using as the necklace part. It's called "beading cord" but is kind of like hemp, only smoother. It's 100% cotton.

I also have toggle closures, if you would like one. This is one I've used, disregard the blurry factor, I just scanned it since I was scanning all the papers.

Reply to this post with the following:
1. Which 2 patterns you would like. Each necklace has 2 sides. If you want both sides to be the same just say so. Use the number, and a brief description (if you want) just to make sure I get it right.

2. Do you want some of the cord? If so, which color, natural, brown, or black? (I'll just include it so you can tie it. I'll be sure to include enough so you could slip it over your head)

3. Do you want a toggle closure? If you, do you want me to attach it, or just include it so you can attach it? If you want me to attach it, how long do you want the necklace to be?

4. Your email address. When your necklace is done I'll email you to tell you, and get your address.

5. If you want you can post your address here instead. I'll keep the comments screened so I'll be the only one to see it.

I really don't care what order these things are in, just make sure it's easy to follow.

Also feel free to tell me if this post is easy to follow/understand. I tried to make it as clear as possible but sometimes I'm bad at explaining things.
