[ Going out on walks is something Nadeko likes to do - even though she doesn't like crowds and tries to avoid people, it's nice to just be walking and out and about. But then she manages to spot someone familiar and is willing to make an exception to the avoiding people deal for that. So Nadeko stops for a moment and then takes a few steps towards Ciel, quickly making a bow. ]

G-good day..

[Blink

Wave! She'll come over, smiling cheerfully. This is the first time she's seen Nadeko out casually ever since Killfield, so meeting the younger girl under much more relaxed circumstances is a very welcome change.]

Good afernoon, Sengoku-san! [She'll bow back too okay she;s no Japanese but she likes the custom...] It's nice to see you again. Are you out for a walk and to get some fresh air?

[ Nadeko can agree on this being much better circumstances.. And that smile is enough to make her smile a little in return too, the nervousness fading just a little. ]

Hmm, it's good to see you again too.. and I was just taking a small walk through town. It's nice weather out, after all.

[Setting the right mood and atmosphere by establishing your own can go a long way!]

Aha, it's nice weather out every day in Mayfield, but it's true that this doesn't make it any less enjoyable. How are you? It's been a while!

It really has been a while, right..? Eheheh.. [ Her giggle is slightly nervous, after all, last time isn't really a good memory - but she's still grateful for everything. ]

I'm okay now though. Thanks to you and everyone else back then too.. I'm really happy.

Things have calmed down too, so I hope that you've been enjoying your summer, Sengoku-san. Aha, there's no need to thank us, but you're welcome. What have you been up to since, if you don't mind me asking?

Hmm, now school is out too there's more time to do other things.. Although I'd like to help people out even in my spare time, since everyone has been so kind to me so far too.

I'm starting to learn how to bake things! If I can get good enough, I can make things like cookies or cake as presents for people.

That's good to hear, but don't push yourself too hard, now!

Really? [She perks up, very much interested.] How were your first attempts? Did you look up any recipes in particular? That's one of the few things that the library in town is actually useful for. I've told you that we bake quite a lot in our household too, haven't I? So I'm very much curious to hear about how you're doing!

I started out by trying to find some recipes in the library, yes.. It was a little difficult to find them, but it was very helpful. [ a small nod. ]

I tried making some chocolate chip cookies, since a lot of people seem to like those, and.. ehehe, I guess they didn't come out all that bad.

I've got some homebrewed one myself, so please let me know if you're interested!

Aha, chocolate chips are a popular flavor. Would you like to make them together sometimes? Tomoe-san said that she never learned how to bake, but I keep telling her it's not that hard. Can you help me prove it to her, Sengoku-san?

what do you mean, it's exactly on time.. imoutosnake July 14 2011, 14:02:30 UTC
A-ah, really?! You.. wouldn't mind making them together with me?

I.. think it would be really nice to make some together.. especially if it would help teach Tomoe-san as well that making cookies is a lot of fun.

oh, in that case........... expiatrice July 14 2011, 14:32:15 UTC
Of course not. I already bake often with Matou-san, if I didn't mention this before? All you need to do is pick a day, and with summer vacation going on now, any should be okay. Would you like to have this happen at your house, or ours?

U-um, any day at all is good for me! Whatever works best for you works for me too, really..

And if it's okay.. I'd like to come over there sometime. Last time we were all in the church, so I never really got a chance to go there before, right?

did you summon me... expiatrice July 15 2011, 01:14:58 UTC
Aha, if you're sure. Then I'll ask Tomoe-san and get back to you, how does that sound?

That's more than okay! We'll be happy to have you, and I'll make sure that we're well-stocked so that we can make anything you'd like.

[ She giggles. ] Your house sounds like a very happy and fun place.. I'm glad.

It's nothing, but you're very welcome!

Aha, that may have something to do with the fact that there are no drones in the house, so everyday is really lively. ...Oh, be careful of my 'son', though. He enjoys saying nonsense to scare people and can cause quite a bit of trouble, so don't get fooled by his angelic appearance! If he ever gives you problems at our place or elsewhere in town, please let me know as soon as possible!
