U-um... I got sent a bunch of boxes that looked like they had pieces of Homhom in them. Flay and Vayne said it wasn't real, though.

No, I don't think there are...

Good. Have they been properly disposed of, however?

Oh, um... we got rid of them, yes.

...Good. [She does allow herself to flash a smile of relief.] Aside from that, how was your Christmas?

It was okay; I got a teddy bear from Taiwan, and I delivered pies to some people. Um... oh, I didn't get a chance to make yours yet.

We don't actually have Christmas back in Arland, I think. The annual festival's around this time. And my final evaluation for the year... but those are done with for good.

Oh, that's no problem. It's a bit late, but I'm here to give you your present too. I hope that this is okay?

Aha. Christmas is a religious holiday that should be spent with family and friends, and it's definitely not supposed to be grim or morbid. Given that it's Mayfield, it may have been inevitable, but I'm glad that you've at least come through alright.

Mhmm. You can tell me what kind of pie you like, too, and, um... I guess I'll deliver it later. Oh, and, um... I have someone living with me now that's not a drone. He says he's from Al-Revis Academy, like Vayne is, but he graduated.
