What I did over the weekend...
Well let us see what I did over the weekend.
1) Well I survived a Burst Thunderstorm while driving in Virginia.
2) Cleaned house and cooked diner, stir-fry chick with red and yellow pepers, onions and RICE!
3) Went to church on Sunday, got up at 0430 even though I don't need to get up that early, and had a blast talking with the pastor and the young adults leader. Been going to the Thursday Bible study and thinking about going to Wednsday Church on the weekends that I have duty.
4) Got some packets from TCC and started looking at what courses I can start taking as soon as I find out that I'm going to be staying in the area.
5) Going to BBQ ribs starting Friday, going to pull out the ribs and let them thaw. Place them in a pyrx dish to hold the BBQ sauce and let soak in it all day Saturday. Then take it to a work function Sunday afternoon and use my charcol grill.
