Okay meghaan wanted a description of my not much in the fridge stir fry.
I started out with olive oil and minced garlic added a chopped shallot, some chopped onion- almost same amount as the shallot. I added ginger. then I added chopped celery with the leaf and then a large chopped carrot. At some point I added water and then lime juice. Half a red bell chopped. Then cumin and coriander. Arugula because it was around and I thought it might act like spinach. I tried this frozen bag of Morning Star ground stuff- it's got a weird flavor I put some in. I added water to wilt the arugula and then added more cumin and coriander.
It's edible.
