I might be moving out to Japan (specific location not sure yet, it's a teaching position) and I absolutely need to bring my Chihuahua. He's really sweet and quiet.

Be honest, is this almost impossible?

I'm not talking about immigration ( I know it's a pain ) but I mean like finding an apartment and what not.
