In order for me to take my cat back to the US my family insists that the cat be declawed and neutered. I've called around and can't really find places to declaw him. I looked online and saw something about it being illegal in Japan but I called two animal hospitals and they said they did it but for 500 bucks for the declawing. Can anyone recommend any vets that possibly speak English and will perform the declawing? I will even just take vets that just speak English. I plan on asking my cats normal vet tomorrrow but I don't want to be stuck with just one option.
Edit: Okay, I shouldn't even have to edit this. I've made up my mind and really appricaiate it if people would stop trying to push their views on declawing on me. I don't care if you think it's humane or not. Quite frankly unless you are a cat you have no clue how it effects them. You can run as many tests and link me to as many articles by cat ladies as you like. A cat is a cat and no matter how many vets or cat ladies sit around and poke at it they will never know what they go through. If you don't have an info about declawing or a vet please keep your views to yourself. This is not ment to be a debate on declawing.
