My negative experience with youheshe.com

I really dislike writing negative feedbacks. But this time I'm so angry, irritated and disappointed that I have to speak up. The reason is my bad experience with Danish online shop youheshe.com. The youheshe.com website has a very decent selection and I always enjoyed surfing it looking for interesting items. Some days ago I spotted one I could not resist. I immediatly proceeded with purchase.

The Money on my card were blocked the very next day. And then I got an email clarifying certain things and offering me to pay through paypal for my order....well I don't have a pp account and never planned to have (my way to stay away from unnecessary purchases on ebay). In the second email they were not simply suggesting pp, but lying: "...it is due to company rules that the payment goes through Paypal. Let me know if you'd like to continue with your order???" (Don't they look scary these triple question marks??? To my mind it is impolite and a sign of impatience.)

Anyway why lying?! Well.. simply say upfront that for your webshop billing address and shipping address shoud be the same (state it on the website) and I will understand. Just in that case, with this type of approach, you should stay local and not go international! If you don't know how to deal with clients from the globalised world and don't want to learn why do you waiste their time and yours?! I will nerver understand this.

The funny thing is that I set up that useless pp account on the very day they asked about it, informed them ab that, but this message remained unanswered. Is it worth saying that all this time my money remained blocked by youheshe.com (almost two weeks) furthermore it is still blocked. Isn't it amazing their attitude towards clients! I dont want to waiste my time and money on a phone call to Denmark and I certainly dont want to write one more letter to pple who neglected 2 previous messages from me!

Stay away from youheshe.com store unless u are based in Denmark of course.
My experience with youheshe was a complete waste of time, emotions and a huge disappointment.

By the way I'm not the only one who did't enjoy shopping with youheshe.com
