Big Fish
That was a great movie. It was worth all my rushing to get homework done in order to make the 7:15 showing. Although I still missed the first part, I enjoyed the rest of it. Everyone needs a little "story-telling" in their life, especially me. Ewan MacGregor was superb. I forgot what other movie Tim Burton directed, but I hope he gets many accolades for this!
I just now noticed how extremely unreasonable my mother is. I always thought she trusted my judgement. But I guess that was because, before today, I never went to a movie without planning a week in advance. So she threw a fit when I told her I was going tonight. Yes, it's that rare of an occassion that I go out! She asked again if I was hanging around "bad people". She told me that there were many "types" of people. How stupid does she think I am?! Ah well, then I asked my friend's mother to come to the door. My mother proceeded to grill his mother (in her broken English). So embarrassing. Now I'm home and she's asking if it was "just the two of us". Uh... no. Okay, enough teenage rants about mothers.
