So, having recently been sucked into Bandom, I wanted a new moodtheme! And there were plenty of good Fall Out Boy OR Panic! moodthemes, but NONE of the both of them and I couldn't decide, so I just made my own.

First off, I apologize for using Pete Wentz SO MANY TIMES but he has too many expressions, damn him.
