I just read emily's last entry. what the hell is wrong with him? holy shit.....um yeah yall should read it(lovelyjuvenilia-nov 3)....its why everyone hates americans...its why i want to leave the country...because its one thing to be an asshole and leave just bc ur president didnt get elected...its another to leave bc you know that there are enough ppl in the country like that to get him elected. Its depressing...i mean I know that everyone who voted for bush isnt like that but there are enough...its the most...i just want to go punch this kid in the face right now. lucky he lives in a different city but damn emily...u better just get a posse together and go kick this kids ass. right now. i cant talk bout this anymore...like wow i want to cry cuz thats where our country is going. you know that story(andrews torah portion coincidently) about the town that was purely evil and God said ok, to this one family, you have the chance to leave but you can never look back. now one person looks back and she gets turned into a PILE of salt...but the entire city is destroyed bc everyone in it was evil...i mean except the ppl that got the chance to leave and never look back...well, america is turning into that city. Im not saying Bush is the most evil person ever bc he cant even talk...its wrong to say someones evil when really they are just a complete idiot..but the majority of our country believes that gays should not be allowed to get married...women should not be allowed to have an abortion...that the usa has the right to go blowing up other countries and crap like that bc we are rgiht..we are studying manifest destiny in history right now. manifest destiny was the belief of united states ppl in the 19th century that we were superior to all other people of the world and had the right to go take over other countries to "better them" and spread our beliefs of democracy and such...does that not sound completely ignorant? and thats what we say in history when we study it...that is ignorant..napoleon was stupid when he tried to take over the world...when europeans came and colonized the americas and said the indians were stupid and their culture was primitive(even though we find out later they had a calender before us..they had writing..they had so many things and were so smart)...even though when we study the SAME things that are happening now in history we say back then they were wrong but NOW...now we are right. we can go blow up iraq because we think that their culture is primitive and we are the BETTER race and shall go and brign them democracy. you know history books fail to mention things like in cuba, there are ppl that are happy with their government...they dont want america saying that they need democracy and come and try to destroy their way of life....thats the thing about most americans.. THEY FAIL TO LOOK AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ISSUE AT HAND. and this is why i cant wait to get the hell out of here.you know other countries are forced to look at the other side of the issue bc they have to try and figure out why the hell america thinks they have the right to blow up everyone. to say in their constitution that they represent freedom to make ones own decisions and then turn around and say gays are wrong, abortion is wrong...and not only do we think its wrong(which, by the way, i think abortion is horribly wrong) we think we have to right to forbid it. you know gays...i know atleast in some cases it is based on a genetic thing...that thye have a hormonal inbalance and instead of being attracted to the opposite sex are attracted to the same sex...kinda like why girls that looks more like guys also think more like guys...now this is most definently not always the case...but we are saying we dont care that this is not ur fault but u r wrong. kinda like when oh say hitler goes ur grandparents were jews...u werent...ur parents werent..but u were....so now..you will die. but hey, our president comes from a state that will give someone the death penalty who commited the crime when they were 14 years old. hey, i mean we trust 14 year olds with so many things...so why not trust that they are just evil doers...and deserve to die. i cant bitch anymore...our country is going to hell. thanks justin
