Well, everyone is entitled to your their own opinion. This is your subbing journal, so you have every right to rant. Beleive when I've was really depressed for some time adn even on the verge of crying whenever I watch their old vids (yes, even now too that's why I try not to watch it cause it still hurt so bad). But I've finally learn to accept things and all I want now, is for all of them to be happy. And if Jaechunsu getting out of SME and Homin staying back is what they feel is the best for them, I respect their wishes.

Though I am supporting Jae, Yoochun and Junsu in fighting for their rights and am disappointed that Yunho and Changmin never join them, I am still not taking side cause both sides have their own reasons and stands. It unfortunate that they can't agree on the same thing but NO ONE is wrong for wanting to do things differently. It's all a matter of different perceptions and principles.

As for SME willingness to compromise, it was never announce what kind of compromisation that SME is willing to make. To you, you might feel that it is the best to compromise, but most importantly to Jaechunsu, is it the best option for them? Anyway, to reject or to be seen to be rejecting initial compromisation offering is always the tactics used by lawyers in court. If SME is really open to compromising(as in compromising to Jaechunsu's requests), why wait until now? But it is very obvious that Jaechunsu are not going back. However, let's be honest, after all the drama, do we seriously think they could go back to SME and work happily?

I do agree that out of every party, Yunho and Changmin is the worst off. For me, it's Changmin cause he's just seems so quiet while Yunho has been getting high profile projects like MJ's tribute, World Expo and the musical. I pray and hope that SME is not putting Changmin aside but it is Changmin's own wish to be out of limelight for his own personal reason. To be honest, though I feel very sad for Homin, I am not that worried about Yunho cause I know he has many friends support and SME is taking good care of Yunho.

As for moving on..... Are we entirely sure that Jaechunsu has moved on? What's with all the fancams and pictures of them crying especially Jae who ran off from the stage after W and broke down and Junsu who forsaken a line cause it's too overwhelmingly emotional for him to go on? Jae is someone who vowed never to cry on stage and since their last few final performances (end of last year in Japan), Jae seems to be on the verge of crying. And Junsu never sacrifice any lines for tears. To me, Jaechunsu is back on stage again doing the one thing they love-SINGING. I for one feel that they have not really moved on but life goes on and with the decision they have made, and how the situation turned out, it's the best what they could do. I'm not gonna comment if the projects they took up is right or wrong cause it's such a subjective terms and it's all based on individual.

I rather 3 of them are together than seeing solo projects cause at least I know they still wanna be together. Solo/ duo/ trio/ OT5, I'll take what they could give. I rather see JaeHoChunSuMin on screen/ stage/magazines (be it together or individually) than totally not seeing them at all. Cause like it or not, the phrase "out of sight, out of mind" is so very true and that is not what I want for all of them(all the five), to lose their fans cause as of now, we can see their number of fans keep reducing by the days. T_____T

I do know too that you've requested for commenters to post it at our own blog if we have different opinion. Please delete this if you think I've step over my line. I am sorry if what I said have hurt you but I always feel that friends should be open and honest with each other and I think it's always ok to disagree with each other cause it's impossible to have 100% same thoughts, likes or dislikes. We just respect each other's feelings and opinions.

thank you for you opinion =) i like reading this since it shows another point of view without all the swearing.

I don't really think the boys are moving on as in forgetting homin. I just don't think they should have formed a subgroup and started releasing products without this lawsuit having come to an end. I'm 100% sure that the boys won't go back to SM and that the chances of DBSK forming back into a 5 member is beyond slim. I just think that since JYJ are still under SM (technically) and that DBSK is still intact, they shouldn't be forming a subgroup without the consent of both SM and the other two members.

and I really hope Changmin's drama succeeds. I haven't been udpated recently since I've been pretty depressed (like no more DBSK song listening for me for a period of time)

edit:

and I know jaesuchun has it hard too, emotionally. It is really hard for me to watch those fancams. but the main reason that I'm unhappy with the three boys is because of what i stated above: acting without finalizing anything and without consent.

I do understand what you mean but I have a feeling Avex plays a big part in the decision but I do think Jaechunsu agreed to them. It's rather obvious that Avex is making them cover the billions Avex is losing from the stopping of TVXQ activities.

Not saying that Avex is holding Jaechunsu ransom but my feeling is that they are grateful that Avex is going all the way out to back them up (especially since they are non-japanese) and they felt bad for causing losses to the company, so they are agreeing to Avex's sugestions. But I think they really wanted to stand on stage, sing and to show their appreciation to fans for their support again. Not that I'm not pissed at Avex for going crazy with all the bloody expensive new goods. But alaz, I ordered them too and am broke now.

Tbh, looking at history of HOT, you think Jaechunsu still have a rosy singing career in Korea? Well at least not now or near future. And the only way they could still stand onstage and sing is thru Avex and in Japan. So I guess that's what they are doing.

For getting Homin consent. We don't even read them communicating with each other. So it's really quite imposible to get consent I think. And as for getting consent from SME, do you think SME will agree to it? Yes, technically, they are still under SME and I also agree with you that certain things they do, I find they did it too soon but I guess they are truly afraid of losing more fans and support if they choose to be out of sight(as in singing and not other projects) further, idk....

TBH, when Junsu came out with his solo project, I had great fears that it'll be the end of group work. We know that Junsu will definitely be sucessful cause between the 5, he's the most all rounded and he has the passion and determination to suceed and I was really afraid that once he gets really comfortable with the idea of being alone and enjoyed the tremendous sucess, he'll not need others anymore. But the forming of the new unit JYJ proved me otherwise and the further heartbreaking fancams of him and the boys in their Thanksgiving concerts proved me otherwise even further. I am glad that they still every much want to be together but circumstances is not allowing them to do so. And of course, I do think that Jaechun and Homin has some big disagreement but it's ok to be mad at each other. I do feel that both party wanted to work things out but unfortunately, both party are bent on their own way of solving things ;__________; Gah! Sometimes, I wish they could just scream and fight at each other to let things out...but I guess all we can do now is wait and support all of them as much as we can.
