(no subject)
So today has been a crazy mixed up interesting one.
Things I have decided:
1. all of those in the Nolan Center are certifiably insane aka nastal being scitzo
2. if you want to suceed vocally "sing like a seductive mermaid"(quoth oconnell - no joke)
3. the ACT is an easier test
4. classes are a waste - I should teach myself
5. homework helps you learn (who would have thought)
6. underneath the cynical humor I am an immensly caring and emotional person (this has been tested today)
7. the king and i is going to be . . . interesting
8. I keep popping up in random people's dreams (I'll be in yours tonight no doubt)
9. hot chocolate is the cure to the worlds ills
and
10. I am in need of some serious lovin'
Now to comment on the aforementioned topics.
1. nastal swore that he wrote and email that he never sent that told us all to stay after for practice, and so, of course, due to our unending committment to the theatre, we all left.
2. On singing "song of the mermaids" oconnell decided that the sole existence of mermaids was to lure men into the water and watch them drown, so I need to be seductive when I sing that song. (I kept thinking The Little Mermaid but I can adapt)
3. The ACT has reading english math and science on it - and is said to be easier - I'm taking it
4. especially english class, and math for that matter although I technically just don't understand that one
5. I actually did all of my homework over the fabulous snow break and it was amazing how prepared I felt. Although I am kind of counter acting that good habit now since I am procrastinating.
6. I showed so much compassion for people today . . . long complex involved story
7. no need to elaborate
8. My newest appearance/cameo in a dream: Claire Musica, where nshe uncovered a secret plot of a psyco director on Broadway, where I starred, and she interviewed me. My quote: "All I know how to do is this [strumms guitar]" THE END
